Complete submissions must be be received by the Clerk no later then 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the Tuesday prior to the Regular Scheduled Council Meeting. Deputations will be limited to 10 minutes. Council members will limit their comments and questions for clarification purposes only. Any decision or direction of Council shall be brought back for Council's consideration at a subsequent meeting.
Individuals who submit letters and other information to Council should be aware that any personal information contained within their communications may become part of the public record and may be made available to the public through the Council Agenda process.
