Welcome to Boot camp with Amanda! 8 week program.
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. beginning on Tuesday, October 17 until Tuesday, December 12 at the Longlac arena - upstairs hall.
Cost of the program is $80 plus HST.
There are only 15 spots available. Please wear indoor shoes and bring a water bottle and a mat.
